• Working with you on site, ideally with the individual responsible for Health and Safety

• On-site visit
• Review of existing food hygiene management systems
• Review can either examine a specific area of food hygiene or the total management system

This service is only of benefit for well-established management systems; for those organisations who realise that significant improvements are necessary, a Policy Review and/or Food Premises Inspection is more appropriate

Manual Handling

Fire Safety

Fire Safety Risk Assessment

• On-site visit to work with the individual responsible for Fire Safety within the organisation
• Provision of report identifying potential causes of combustion and fire spread within the premises as well as procedures that must be adopted to prevent fire occurring and/or effect a safe evacuation and situation management in an emergency situation.
• An Action Plan will be provided

Fire Safety Practical Review

• Fire Safety officer working on site; stages an emergency situation
• Monitors the evacuation and management of the emergency, including comparison with the internal procedures
