About us

Brunel prides itself on the high standards that we offer our customers. We achieve this by ensuring that all of our consultants and trainers are employees of the organisation, allowing us to support them and ensure ongoing development. Our Employee Minimum Standards place a strict but well accepted standard on our employees and our organisation as a whole.

To ensure that consultants and trainers can provide an effective and knowledgeable service, we adhere to our strict self-imposed standards thus ensuring that they have an extensive knowledge of the subject area.

Brunel can offer training in house, at your venue, thus reducing the need for your staff to travel long distances, though we will provide all of the equipment necessary to deliver the training. Although the majority of work is carried out during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, we have the flexibility to offer our services during the evenings or at weekends. All of the courses that we have developed can be adapted to suit the needs of the individual organisation. In addition, we are always keen to work with organisations to develop new courses to meet their specific training needs.
